So is anybody allowed to advertise in this forum by sending in their advertising, removing the links and throwing out some "leans"? Also you should remind your loyal forum folks that he is -72.3 units in the last 4 weeks.

no its not allowed. and where is he advertising? stop with this, you did this once before. if you don't like what you see go move on or go elsewhere and see the same posts and tell them to take it down and see what happens.
